Site Supervisor I & II

Responsible for supervision and oversight of Early Head Start center based and Home Base program to support staff in delivery of services in keeping with Head Start Performance Standards and State Licensing.  Responsible for providing supervision, guidance, and technical assistance in a supportive management model that ensures compliance with all mandates.

Substitute Teacher (Therapeutic Child Care Center)

Responsible for partnering with the teaching staff in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of therapeutic child care curricula and activities in an environment that supports the values of Child Start and meets the needs of Head Start and Early Head Start children (0 to 5). Provides support to the center staff to facilitate optimum delivery of services.

Summary:
Provides individualized programs for pregnant women, infant/toddlers, pre-school aged children and their families, in the context of the family’s culture and with maximum participation of the parents, as the primary teachers of their children.
