The U.S. Senate passed its Fiscal Year 2019 funding package for the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and related agencies. The bill includes a $250 million increase for Head Start in order to meet the rising costs of high-quality services for our nation’s most vulnerable children and their families.
